How do I change profile, set myself as Away or log out?

Agent status. Switching profile. Logging out.

In the top-right corner of the Omni interface you will see your login name.

Click your login name to see a menu which let you:

  • Change your status to Away.
  • Change which profile you are using (if profiles are enabled). This lets you switch from the Omni interface to Outbound, for example.
  • Log out.

Changing Status

To set yourself as Away:

  1. Click the Away option.

This opens the Away dialog, and sets your status to Passive.

For most clients, the Away dialog also shows the same report as the Overview, meaning that if you mark yourself as Away, you can still monitor how busy the queues are.

In the Away dialog, you can select your Away status by choosing from a list of option defined by your Admin.

  1. Click the Choose reason of absence drop-down list.

  1. Click to select the appropriate reason. The available reasons will be defined by an Admin. Your list will likely appear different from the options shown here.

When you are ready to be online again:

  1. Click the X in the top-right of the Away dialog.

Changing profile

If your Admin has enabled different profiles for your account, the menu will include a PROFILE section:

  1. Click to select an available profile to switch.

Profiles let you switch between different LeadDesk agent interfaces. Your Admin may have used different names than the ones listed in the screenshot above.

Logging out

To log out of LeadDesk:

  • Click the Log out option.
