How do I grant an agent access rights to an Omni project?

Agent access rights for projects

Each agent will need to be granted access to the relevant projects. Unlike for Outbound, there is no way to grant access rights inside the project settings. Instead, access must be granted on the Access rights page.

In your Admin account:

1. Go to the Users page.
2. Click the Access rights subpage.
3. Find the row for the project for which you want to grant access rights.
4. Click the cell in that row for each agent who should be able to access that project.

A green tick will show for each agent who can access the project.
