How do I reset a user's password?
Password reset.
To set a new temporary password for an account, in your Admin account:
- Go to the Users page.
- Go to the User list subpage.
- If necessary search for the account you want to update.
- Click the Name for the account you wish to edit.
- In the User account information section, for the Password field, click the Change password link.
- In the Change password dialog, type a temporary New password.
- Click the Update button.
Make sure you remember the temporary password, so you can share it with the user!
The next time this user logs in, using their new temporary password, they will be prompted to update it.
