An important notice as you will work with a lot of personal data; EU's data protection rules (GDPR) regulate businesses keeping personal data to the shortest time possible, considering the reasons an organization needs to process the data. Consider also any legal obligations to keep the data for a fixed period.
Mostly our clients’ data retention times are between 2-4 years. You can easily change your settings from your Admin account to suit your needs. Note that the setting shows the retention time in months, not years.
