Can I review my call history?

Filtering and searching the call history. Adding comments. Updating outcomes. Listen to call recordings.

To review your call history in your agent account:

  1. Click the History page  from the left-hand menu.
  2. If necessary, filter the list to see the calls you are interested in. You can select a Time Interval, only calls associated with a particular Project, or only those calls with a particular Result.
  3. Alternatively, you can search for a particular call.

As well as showing the history of the calls, you can also:

  • Click the contact's Name to open their contact card.
  • Click the Comment or (Add comment) to edit or add a call comment.
  • Click the Result to select a different outcome for the call.
  • Click the play button  to listen to he call recording.
