Flows give you a set of powerful tools which, when combined, allow you control over calls or messages without needing intervention from an agent.
Basic and Advanced flows
A starting environment has access to basic flows, which allow you to:
- Create automated greetings for calls or replies for messages.
- Direct calls or messages to a particular queue or agent.
- Transfer or hang up calls.
- Create callbacks.
Advanced flows let you create full IVR/menu systems to preprocess calls or messages before they reach an agent. Use advanced flows if you want to:
- Create interactive menus for calls or messages.
- Handle calls or messages differently outside of your opening hours.
- Route calls differently if the number is on one of your contact lists.
- Filter messages based on keywords.
Getting Advanced flows
For the full range of options, you will need access to Advanced flows, available for purchase from the LeadApp store.

- To enable, click the button.
To confirm the request:
- Type the username and password for your Admin account for the environment.
- Click the Activate button.
