How do I create an outbound project?

Creating a campaign. General information.

The project is the heart of the LeadDesk outbound solution, and provides a vast array of options for customising the way calls are managed and agents work.

Creating a project

In you Admin account, 

  1. Go to the Projects page.
  2. Go to the Project List subpage.
  3. To create a new project, click Create. You may be prompted to select which type of Project to create. If so, for outbound calling, select Call center campaign

General information

  1. Type a Name.
  2. If you use offices, optionally, click the Office drop-down list to select the appropriate office for this project.
  3. Optionally, type a Description of this project.
  4. If you have created sponsors, click the Sponsor drop-down list and select the sponsor for this project.
  5. Optionally, click the Contact Manager drop-down list to select the person responsible for maintaining your contact list. This selection has no effect on the application, but may be useful for you to track ownership of the lists.
